They are quite good everyday they clean rooms give new towels if you you're inside the room you can just ask them to clean while you are there

Must be a one off incident. My experience of the hotel has been excellent. Staff generally is very courteous and helpful

You have to contact the hotel before arrival so that they can arrange for the pickup. Usually all hotels have a fixed pick up on the airport. When you exit there is designated pick up point, you can ask in airport information.
